Looking up the street to Ordonez Lasso (two blocks to the right is Las Americas)
Looking the other direction
View from bedroom - taken from 8th floor, we'd be on the 6th.
More view from the bedroom.
..and still more view from the bedroom.
Terrace is above the 8th floor, we'd be on the 6th. HUGE, clean and unbelievable views. We'll need thermal coffee cups. LOL!
Coming around the corner on the terrace.
View from terrace looking towards Las Americas - SuperMaxi to the left.
Met the guy that owns the gas grill, he was cooking. He's lived there almost 3 years (gringo)
Central gas/hot water - all utilities are billed once a month around the 15th. Should run about what we are paying now.
This would be our front door. Only two apartments per floor! We are at the back of the building.
On every floor....
This was the view out the window behind the stairs from the 6th floor.
Each apartment has an area where you can build your own bodega (storage). This one is beside our spot. This is in the parking garage...under the building.
We get two parking spaces...see the #602 This is in a different spot from the underground, not sure why. Maybe because it's a rental?
This is where our bodega spot would be, if needed.
Los Pinos is the street to your left, I'm standing on Ordonez Lasso which is where we would catch the buses.
Looking down towards Las Americas
The front of the building...remember, we are at the back.
The black square marks where the building is located. Nice short walk to the river it looks like...Tomebamba
Not realy happy about the small round sinks. We will deal with it but hoping if we do a multi-year lease next year we can get it replaced.
All the bathrooms have these tiny mirrors with plastic frames. GONE!!!
Looking from one living area into the dining area, the kitchen is to the left. We think we will make this our office, put our desks back to back so we both have a view out the window.
Small guest room and the full bath that has storage built-in.
Bigger of the two guest rooms...notice the built-in desk.
